Registration
There are three ways to register
your players with AYSO Region 688... #1 - Online using eAYSO - This method
is pre-registration for returning players and new players
- Allows credit card payment of registration fees
- Remains
active until July 31st
- Volunteer registration available
#2 - Mailed pre-printed registration forms - This method is for returning
players only from last fall season
- Mid-June mailing of all player registration forms
- Forms should be returned
before July 31st
- Pre-printed volunteer forms also mailed with players
#3 - Walk-in Registrations - This method is for returning
players and new players
- Online pre-registrations and mailed pre-printed registrations accepted
- July 31 from 10:00am to 3:00pm at Dick's Sporting Goods in San Tan Village

Quick Answers: - Registration
Fees: $70 for one player; $135 for two players; $195 for three players; $250 for four players and $275 for five or more
players
- Proof of Age is needed for all NEW players - we do not keep birth certificates on file.
- Season is September 9th through November 20th. Practices will begin as early as August 28th.
- Practice times and locations will depend on the coach and decided upon at the Team Meeting.
- For purpose of team distribution, please indicate which zone from the Location Map below on your registration form.
- Mail all player registration forms, volunteer forms, registration fees to:
