eAYSO Instructions

Online Pre-Registration Procedure
For Returning Players 

Notes:
- Internet Explorer 6.0, Netscape 6.2, or Firefox 1.0 or greater are recommended. 
- Please do not register the same player with two different last names. 

MAKE SURE you print these instructions to follow along.

  1. Click on the icon at the bottom of these instructions.  Log on with the email and password you used last year to register.
  2. You should be on the American Youth Soccer Organization eAYSO Welcome page.
  3. Click on Application for a Returning Player.
  4. Click on name of returning player.
  5. Select AYSO Region 688; click NEXT.
  6. Review and update Parent Information requested and be sure to include an email (future communication from AYSO Region 688); click NEXT
  7. Review and update player information.
  8. You do not need to choose a volunteer position at this time.  AYSO is an all volunteer organization - FAQ's about coaching and refereeing are available for your consideration.
  9. Read the disclaimer and click "I Agree" at the bottom of the last page to pre-register your player.
  10. Your player is now pre-registered.
  11. Once you have returned to the Welcome page, you may now pre-register any additional returning or new players by repeating the process starting at Step 3.
  12. You may select online credit card payment or choose to mail a check with the forms.
  13. To print 2 forms, click on Print Player Form and read the instructions - make sure any browser pop-up blockers are off or you will be unable to print.
  14. YOU MUST MAIL OR BRING TO WALK IN REGISTRATIONS THE COPIES OF EACH PLAYER REGISTRATION TO BE FULLY REGISTERED FOR THE SEASON
  15. Mail along with registration fee or proof of payment by credit card to:  AYSO 688   4049 E. Harmony   Mesa, AZ  85206

For New Players

 

Notes:
- Internet Explorer 6.0,Netscape 6.2, or Firefox 1.0 or greater are recommended. 
- Please do not register the same player with two different last names.

We strongly recommend you PRINT these instructions before proceeding.

  1. Click on the icon at the bottom of these instructions.
  2. You should be on the American Youth Soccer Organization eAYSO Welcome page.
  3. Click on Application for a New Player
  4. Click "I would like to fill out an application form my child(ren) to play"; click NEXT
  5. Fill in the Parent Information requested and be sure to include an email (future communication from AYSO Region 688); click NEXT
  6. Type in your email, password and secret question/answer so you can return to this eAYSO system without having to resubmit information in coming years.
  7. Write down items in #6 and keep them in a safe place.
  8. Continue on and follow the directions given and fill in the requested information.  NOTE: Our AYSO Region is 688.  It is also essential to choose the relationship to child, if missed you cannot continue to next step.
